He didn’t forget it, that’s what is meant by environmental exposures. You also don’t see tick in the list but exposure to a tick brings all sorts of trouble. All of that falls under environmental exposure. The list of all those would need to be another diagram.

3 things:
My computer and tv are flat and all in ones. There isn’t a fan that blows all the time like older models – ow this ok?

2 – Are we saying we are removing the objects bc we need to not be exposed to heal or bc it will make the new clean place just as toxic as the former? I cannot see anything in my condo for mold i am just ill in multiple ways and working with a functional doctor.

3- Can i borax my shoes? Shoes are hard to replace.

4- Electric guitars and amps – dump the fabric covers and vacuum/wipe the outsides?

5- My new IQAir filter I got maybe three months ago – this goes back to my original concern – change the filters, vacuum and wipe down? Are we chucking this away for the body’s sake or are we chucking it bc it will ruin a clean emvironment in a catastrophic way???

I need stark clarity on what we mean by cross contaminate and the threshold of bringing non porous objects cleaned into the new home like my beloved $800 air filter. Thanks!!!

Throw the disposable wipes in the garbage – being careful to avoid cross-contamination of your clothes.

An air conditioner or purifier can also cause contamination when brought into a clean environment.

It has been said that when a boys bed was moved across the bedroom away from electrical wiring his autism cleared up. No doubt if they had a “Dirty Electricity meter” they could of found the electrical wiring radiating RF off it. A cheaper test would have been to get a AM radio and have it so it is not tuned to a station and if it had of been put near where the boys bed used to be there would have been a lot of static noise. Another option would be to get a oscilloscope and have a look at the mains with the FFT (Fast Fourier Transform) function.
There is a book called “Dirty electricity” (electrification and the diseases of civilization) by Dr Samuel Milham MD MPH.
Or you can listen to him from some of his youtube. BUT WARNING Dr Milham has been trained into the medicine system he is NOT a electrical tutor and unlikely to be employed as a electrical tutor, so take his electrical ‘teaching?’ with a grain of salt, when I listened to him, I was only interested in the health aspect.

I was very sick and very lucky that my sisters packed up my house, hepa vac’d, and wiped down as much as they could before boxing up. Then had the remediation done by professionals removing walls etc. I still have boxes of photo’s and papers I haven’t opened since 2012. I did have to move a lot during that year and at times had to have my cat stay with others. Each time I brought her back to me I had her get a really excellent double bath with non-toxic, non-fragranced shampoo. I seemed to do fine with that. I totally understand wanting to be as careful as possible regarding cross contamination and shaving is excellent concept. Thinking back, my cat loved to be vacuumed! So that helped too. Much success to all.
