Our founder and CEO, Larry Schwartz is a graduate engineer and a Certified Indoor Environmental Consultant CIEC, board certified by the ACAC.

We have performed over 1500 investigations of properties of patients with inflammatory and environmental illness plus thousands more. We perform both on-site inspections as well as virtual consultations. We have helped architects and builders and offering protocols of materials and methods to create safe environments in housing.

We are now bringing to market MPI, the Mold Propensity Index, which helps patient determine risk assessment of a home they live in or plan to move into to become water damaged with mold. The MPI also highlights steps that may be taken to reduce this risk. This is especially helpful when deciding to perform costly cleaning and remediation, or consider the purchase or rental of another property.
